Schedule Service
Pick the appliance, describe what it is doing and choose a time. It takes about a minute.
Two minutes is all it takes
The form wants three answers: which appliance, whose badge is on it, and what happens when you switch it on. Pick the day and the two hour window that suit the household, and the shop confirms by phone or text, usually well inside the hour. A booking made before lunchtime is normally seen that same afternoon, and a Saturday costs what a Wednesday costs.
What to have ready
The model number if you can reach the plate, and a plain description of what the machine is doing. Together those two details determine which parts the technician brings along, and they are frequently the difference between finishing in one visit and needing a second. If the plate is worn, photograph it and send the picture when you book.
If it will not wait
A refrigerator already above 40 degrees, water running across a floor or a burning smell from a dryer wants a person on the phone rather than a form. Ring the shop and say what is happening. Gas is different again: leave the building, ring the gas utility, and call us once the line has been made safe.
Would you rather call?
The shop answers its own phone from 8:00 AM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM at weekends. Tell us the brand and what the appliance is doing and we will find you a slot while you are on the line.
- Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What happens after you book
Tell us what the appliance is doing
Call us or book online, and describe what the appliance is doing: the brand, the model number if you can reach the rating plate, and what happens when you run a cycle. The more of this we know in advance, the more likely it is that the technician arrives with the right part already in hand.
A technician tests it properly
The van arrives inside your two hour window. The technician reads whatever the appliance has stored about itself, meters the circuit that points at, and then explains in ordinary language what has actually happened.
You approve one price
One price for the finished job, parts and labor together, given before anything is taken apart. Most repairs are completed on that same visit, with thirty days on our labor written onto the invoice.
Worth having ready
The model and serial plate
Usually inside the door frame, behind a drawer or along the lower edge of the cabinet. It tells us which platform the appliance is built on before the van is loaded.
What the appliance does
Not what you think has broken, but what actually happens: the noise, the error on the display, at which point in the cycle it stops.
When it started
Whether the change came on gradually over a season or arrived overnight tells the technician a great deal before the panel is even off.
